Application of RTO in petrochemical industry
In China's petrochemical industry, the composition of its waste gas is more complex, the waste gas produced by it is toxic, wide source, wide harm, variety, difficult to deal with, so the problem of petrochemical waste gas treatment technology needs to be solved. The petrochemical waste gas is faced with the removal of various components of the waste gas, which determines that when selecting the waste gas treatment process, the combination of a variety of unit processes must be considered to create a combination process that can perfectly treat the waste gas. RTO has been widely used in the petrochemical industry and is often used as the end equipment for waste gas treatment. When RTO is used for waste gas treatment, some components need to be removed. Application of RTO in pharmaceutical industry
The pharmaceutical industry has significant characteristics such as scattered emission points and wide variety, so the prevention and control of waste gas in this field is mainly to do a good job of source prevention and end treatment. RTO is also widely used in the pharmaceutical industry. For small air volume, medium concentration gas, containing some acidic gas, in order to achieve the best effect, the process flow of washing +RTO+ washing is used: Firstly, part of the organic solvent in the pharmaceutical and chemical production workshop is recovered by secondary condensation, and then pre-treated by alkali spray to absorb inorganic and water-soluble waste gas, and then enter the RTO for oxidation incineration. After high temperature incineration, the exhaust gas generated by high temperature incineration is cooled, and then discharged in the high air by alkali secondary spray treatment. For high air volume and low concentration gas, zeolite runner can be added to concentrate before entering RTO in the above process flow to reduce air volume, increase concentration and reduce the configuration parameters of RTO.
Application of RTO in printing and packaging industry
The printing and packaging industry is one of the main industries of organic waste gas emissions, and the printing industry needs a lot of ink and diluents to adjust the viscosity of ink in the production process. When printing products are dried, ink and diluent will emit a lot of industrial waste gas containing benzene, toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate, isopropyl alcohol and other volatile organic substances. Printing and packaging industry VOC emissions are characterized by large air volume, low concentration, generally add zeolite runner concentration in the front end of RTO, so that the air volume is reduced, the concentration is increased, and finally enter the RTO treatment, removal efficiency can reach 99%, this combination can fully achieve emission standards, in the case of appropriate concentration, can achieve equipment self-heating. Application of RTO in painting industry
The volatile organic compounds (VOC) produced in the coating process are mainly toluene, xylene, tritoluene and so on. The exhaust gas of the painting industry has the characteristics of large air volume and low concentration, and the exhaust gas contains granular paint fog, and its viscosity and humidity are relatively large. Therefore, it is necessary to filter the exhaust gas by paint mist, and then enter the zeolite runner to concentrate the filtered exhaust gas, which becomes a gas with high concentration and low air volume, and finally enters the RTO oxidation treatment.
