Ro Water Purifier

Ro Water Purifier is a membrane separation process in which water is pressurized along the surface of the membrane. Purified water passes through the membrane and is collected, while concentrated water, containing dissolved and undissolved substances that cannot pass through the membrane, is discharged to the drain pipe. The key requirements of the reverse osmosis (RO) process are that the membrane and water are under pressure and other substances are pre-filtered to remove suspended impurities and carbon and remove chlorine (which damages the membrane). Most membranes remove 90-99+% of dissolved impurities, depending on the composition of the impurities and water. Reverse osmosis Systems (RO Systems) remove salts, microorganisms and many high molecular weight organics. System capacity depends on water temperature, total dissolved solids in the feedwater, operating pressure, and overall recovery of the system.

Reverse Osmosis:The hardness of water is mainly composed of cations(Ca2+,Mg2+) in water.When raw water containing hard ions passes through the resin layer of the exchanger, calcium ions and magnesium ions in the water are replaced with sodium ions in the resin.The resin adsorbs calcium and magnesium ions from the water.In this way, the water from the exchanger is the water with the hardness ions removed.

RO plant Detail specification:
1. Quartz sand filter - mainly used for the removal of the sediment from water.
2. Activated carbon filter--mainly used for chlorine removal and other organic gases, also to clear up the taste of water .
3. Water Softener--Exchange "Ions" of calcium and magnesium with the most common and easiest method.
4. High pressure pump- Provide the high pressure to RO membrane.
5. RO membrane-- The main part of the plant. The RO membrane's desalting rate can reach 99%, removing over 99% ions.
6. Pure water tank-- to store the output clean water. The output water is pure enough for different applications.
